REFUND POLICY

Last Updated: September 10, 2026

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable font files including .otf, .ttf, and .woff formats), all sales, donations, and license purchases made on Mabhal Studio (www.mabhalstudio.com) are final and non-refundable.

Once digital font files, End User License Agreements (EULA), or License Certificates have been delivered or accessed, the transaction cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

2. Try Before You Buy

To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your selection before making a donation or purchasing a license:

  • Free Downloads Available: We offer free font downloads for non-commercial/personal use so you can test font functionality, character sets, and compatibility with your design software prior to acquiring a commercial license.
  • Font Descriptions: Detailed font specs, features, glyph availability, and usage recommendations are provided on each product page.

3. Exceptional Cases & Technical Issues

We strive to deliver high-quality typefaces. We will work with you to resolve issues under the following specific circumstances:

  • Corrupted or Defective Files: If the downloaded font file is technically broken, corrupted, or fails to install on standard operating systems (Windows/macOS), please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will promptly provide a replacement file or repair the issue.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally paid for or donated twice for the same font license in a single transaction event, contact us immediately with your PayPal Transaction IDs for a refund of the duplicate payment.

4. Donationware Clarification

Donations made via PayPal for the Commercial License tier are non-refundable voluntary contributions that grant standard commercial usage rights.

5. How to Request Technical Assistance

If you encounter any file delivery issues, corrupt files, or duplicate payment errors, please contact us with your payment details:

  • Email: mabhalstudio@gmail.com
  • WhatsApp: +62 821 1700 5697
  • Required Information: Font Name, PayPal Transaction ID, Email Address used for payment, and a description/screenshot of the issue.

Mabhal Studio is an independent font studio, creating typefaces for designers, creators, brands, and anyone who loves beautiful letters. We believe fonts are more than just letters. They can have a mood, a voice, and a personality of their own.

From playful and friendly to elegant, bold, and experimental, we love exploring different styles and turning simple ideas into typefaces.
