Mabhal Studio is an independent digital type foundry based in Banten, Indonesia, and an official member of the Perkumpulan Desainer Huruf Indonesia (PDHI) (SK Mentri Hukum dan HAM RI No: AHU-0000261.AH.01.07.Tahun 2020).

Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Mabhal Studio. "You" refers to any individual, designer, business, or entity accessing our website or using our fonts.

2. Use of Our Fonts & Licensing

All fonts available on this website are the intellectual property of Mabhal Studio. Your rights to use our fonts depend on the license tier you acquire:

• Non-Commercial / Personal Use: Fonts downloaded directly for free are strictly for non-commercial or personal.
• Commercial License (Donationware): For standard commercial use, you may pay what you deem appropriate ("Donationware") via PayPal.
• Business License: Required for agencies, studios, freelancers, and businesses needing broader multi-user or extended commercial usage.
• Corporate License: Required for large-scale companies, broadcasting, enterprise applications, games, and unlimited distribution.

Note: Specific usage terms, limits, and permissions for each tier are detailed in our End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Payments, Donations & Verification

• All payments and donations are processed securely through PayPal.
• For Commercial, Business, and Corporate Licenses, you must send your payment confirmation (including PayPal Transaction ID, Font Name, and Full/Company Name) to mabhalstudio@gmail.com.
• Official proof of license (Sales Receipt / EULA / License Certificate) will be issued only after manual payment verification.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All fonts on www.mabhalstudio.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Mabhal Studio and are protected by international copyright laws and Indonesian Intellectual Property Laws.

You may not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, modify, or convert our font files (.otf, .ttf, .woff) without prior written permission.
• Resell, redistribute, sub-license, host, or share our font files on any public server, repository, or third-party website.
• Claim ownership or authorship of any typeface created by Mabhal Studio.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products (font files), all downloads, donations, and license purchases are final and non-refundable once the files or license documents have been delivered. Please review font specimens and test free downloads prior to purchasing or donating.

6. User Content & Showcase

If you email us work created using Mabhal Studio fonts (posters, logos, packaging, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive right to display and showcase your work on our website, social media, and portfolio for promotional purposes, with full credit given to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mabhal Studio fonts and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall Mabhal Studio be liable for any damages, losses, or legal claims arising from the installation, use, or inability to use our fonts or website.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting updates on our website.
